Privacy Notice
WaSanDo is a sole proprietorship operated in Japan by Kazuyoshi Tsuyukusa. This notice explains how information submitted through the Japan Validation fit-review form is handled.
Information collected
The form collects the information you choose to submit, including your name, business email, company, website, description of your offer, intended buyer, current markets, Japan activity and validation question.
Purpose
The information is used to assess whether the service is suitable, respond to your enquiry, plan a possible engagement, prevent abuse and maintain necessary business records.
Service providers and international processing
Netlify hosts the website and processes form submissions on WaSanDo’s behalf. Email and communication providers may process information when WaSanDo responds. These providers may process data outside Japan under their own contractual and security arrangements.
Retention
Enquiries that do not become client engagements are normally deleted within 180 days. Necessary contract, invoice and project records are retained for the periods required by Japanese law. Information may be kept longer when reasonably necessary to resolve a dispute, prevent abuse or meet a legal obligation.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of enquiry information by contacting WaSanDo via WhatsApp. A request may be limited where retention is required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
Confidential information
Do not send confidential documents through the public form or WhatsApp. Confidential materials should be exchanged only after scope, confidentiality and handling terms have been agreed.
