This website describes the Japan Validation service offered by WaSanDo, a sole proprietorship operated in Japan by Kazuyoshi Tsuyukusa. A website enquiry does not create a consulting engagement.
Engagement agreement
Scope, deliverables, participant profile, schedule, fees, taxes, expenses, payment terms, confidentiality, intellectual property and cancellation terms are agreed separately in writing before paid work begins.
Research limitations
Japan Validation is focused qualitative research. Findings reflect the selected participants, available evidence and questions examined. They are not statistically representative proof of demand across Japan.
No guaranteed outcome
The service does not guarantee customers, pilots, distributor appointments, regulatory approval, market entry or commercial success. A GO, ADJUST or NO-GO recommendation is advisory evidence for the client’s own decision.
Professional advice
Website content and general advisory work are not legal, tax, accounting, immigration, investment or regulated-industry advice. Where licensed advice is required, WaSanDo will recommend that the client appoint an appropriate specialist.
Website information
Fees and service descriptions may be updated. The terms in a signed engagement agreement take priority over general website information.
