支払い方法 / Payment
JPY invoice. Japan bank transfer or Wise. Payment is due before the offer diagnostic begins. Optional phases are billed only if commissioned.
キャンセル・返金 / Cancellation and refund
If the client cancels before the offer diagnostic begins, WaSanDo returns the amount paid minus any bank fees incurred. Once work on the sprint begins, the sprint fee is earned. Unused optional phases are never charged. If WaSanDo cannot run the agreed 8–15 conversations, we stop and refund the unused portion.
This is a business-to-business service. Consumer cooling-off provisions do not apply.

Bank details and tax registration appear on the invoice, not on the public website. Scope, taxes, expenses, confidentiality and other terms are confirmed in the engagement agreement before work begins.
